The fruit they grow together has earned the trust of winemakers and oil millers across California — and a select portion is reserved for the JDM Estate label.

Sergio Villanueva leads our farming crew with the kind of attention that comes from decades in the field. His team prunes every vine by hand, monitors pests daily, and harvests under night skies to protect the fruit at its coolest. Clusters are thinned for quality over yield.
